Questions we hear a lot

The average employee recognition platform cost typically ranges from $3-$7 per employee per month, and that’s usually for recognition alone. Access Perks Ascend costs $3.00 per employee per month and includes recognition tools, $1.00 per employee per month in reward points at no extra cost, and access to 1M+ savings locations.

Every Ascend subscription includes the full recognition and rewards platform, where managers can send personalized recognition with reward points attached and employees can spend their points on the discount network. Each month, $1.00 per employee in reward points are credited to your account, so your recognition budget goes further. For example, a company with 100 active team members will receive $100 worth of points deposited into the owner’s budget each month, at no extra cost.

Yes. Setup fees range from $250–$750 depending on company size.

Once points are awarded to a team member, they never expire. Included monthly credits, however, reset on the 1st of each month. Any credits not awarded by the end of the month don't roll over.

Reward points are redeemable on the travel marketplace, including hotels, car rentals, theme parks, gift cards, and more. Employees can also combine points and a credit card to cover any booking amount. Dining and shopping discounts are also available to all employees at any time, no points required.

Yes. Owners can set a recognition limit above the included monthly credits. The company is billed in arrears only for what is distributed, not the full recognition limit. For example, if the included monthly credits are $300/month and the recognition limit is set to $500, but only $400 is distributed that month, the company is billed only for the $100 overage. For companies that want additional recognition budget committed upfront, pre-purchase discount options are also available. Your account manager can walk you through the details.

Most clients are live within a few days. There are no passwords to create, no registration codes to distribute, and no IT involvement required. Employees simply verify their identity with a one-time passcode sent to their work email.
